Experian holding FALSE information about me., nothing is being done after dispute logged.
As a consumer I check my information. Somehow, false information appeared on my personal information. When I logged this with Experian on 12 December, I was advised the contact information was gathered through credit checks. I advised back that non of the contact numbers are related to me, nor a friend, family or anyone. Someone is is trying to use my information through these contact numbers. I want these to be removed. Both times it is being investigated and nothing! What about POPI, PAIA act. - I as the consumer is confirming you have FALSE information and I want these to be removed from my profile and an investigation logged where this is coming from. Disputed contact numbers *** & ***

The incorrect contact information is STILL appearing, of which I have no knowledge or related persons listed. When will those incorrect numbers be removed and when will I receive confirmation of where EXPERIAN received that from, as those could be related to ***** on my profile.
