EXPERIAN FLAGGED MY ID NO AFTER A DISPUTE WAS RESOLVED IN MY FAVOR

Experian SA is unprofessional and disgusting Experian is unprofessional and disgusting. Thpeletso.manganeng, service desk, EZA.consumer are all not replying to several emails I have sent to them regarding my profile being flagged with a dispute linked to my profile after a dispute that has been resolved in my favor. The dispute resolved in my favor was regarding an account that was paid in full but Experian did not close the account for months and I disputed the account and provided a paid up letter and it was resolved in my favor after waiting for 20 working days. Now my profile still has a dispute linked to it and I have tried calling Experian but they do not Pick up the phone, I have sent multiple emails but they do not reply to the emails.
