Experian File my Dispute and Update

30 April 2025 the balance on my credit card was just under R1000. I check my credit profile on 5 May 2025 to find that on 30 April 2025 Absa updated that the balance on my credit card was R12000. I have spoken to 3 different people at Experian sent my statement "with proof" that the update is incorrect and still it seems like i have to simplify it for Experian staff. I don't see the difficulty, or maybe i should take one of the Experian staff members to Absa and have Absa take them through training for a day on how a credit card statement works. All i need is for someone sensible to look at this. The information is incorrect by law i am permitted to dispute it. So please file my dispute.
