Experian failing to rectify credit record on paid up account

I have been trying to get a Quick Draw finance account which is paid up to show as paid up on my profile with no luck at all. The account had been handed over to DMC attorneys and I settled with them, who in turn provided me with the paid up letter. I have twice submitted this to Experian and got one response from "TS" who said the DMC account will no longer show on my profile (I doubt "TS" read my submission which stated that this is a cash convertors loan - Quick Draw Finance - nor did "TS" read the paid up letter). I am at a point where I am begging you guys to resolve this as this situation is proving to be detrimental to my ability to move forward.
