Experian failed to remove prescribed and rescinded debt
I submitted a valid court order to Experian to remove a judgment from my credit profile. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, the judgment is still listed under my name.
This is causing serious financial prejudice and is unacceptable. I have also contacted the Credit Ombud and the Credit Bureau Association to resolve this issue.
I hope Experian acts promptly to correct my credit record.

27 Feb 2026, 18:23I initially submitted my court rescission order in early January, but the judgment was not removed despite waiting over 20 business days. I have now lodged a formal dispute 4 days ago EXP***0-CD165036 and am awaiting resolution within the prescribed investigation period. I trust Experian will finalise this matter promptly and confirm when the judgment will be removed in accordance with the court order.
