Experian f#$% up again!

Please assist me. Experian keeps putting accounts in my name that are not mine. This citizen is a Namibian citizen. This has adversely affected my scoring. I want to pursue a legal case against Experian because it has been 15 years dealing with this problem. Experian has mixed my ID number with a Namibian citizen and black labelling me. I want clearance. At this point I want compensation for all my grievance because I am in the job market and this has hindered me in the past. I am going to publish this information as well. I don not understand why someone is creating loans and I'm the one getting a bad record. I want you to answer for all my grievances. I am black female and this person is from Swakopmund Namibia. He is using my name to get loans for himself and defaulting these accounts. I am pursuing a legal case. I know lots of people have won cases against this company. I will be one of them. Remove my records off your company now!
