Experian don’t take calls

This is ridiculous my debt consellor sent the email it was bounced back as that email
Is for internal use only we sent it to the other email address
Even zane mentioned to to nitcc that the email address should not be used too many conflicting messages why can’t you guys be honest and asssit me
