Experian don't answer, but ready to give you a bad report!!

I have tried over the last 2 weeks to 1) Phone, 2) email, i have sent 3 emails as well as filled in on the contact form on https://www.mycreditcheck.co.za/ and I have received an automated response ONLY. I am trying to get you to sort out incorrect and prescribed debt, however, you do not 1) answer your phones, tried 3 numbers and hold on for over 13 minutes each time and give up eventually. This is NOT fair Experian, I need to sort this out but you do not answer or respond. Feeling so extremely demotivated with the state of our country as it is, and now you, the place who should be assisting us, is not. Please can someone call me!!!!!
