Experian doesnt answer their phones

Hi, I agree. They dont answer their phones, they dont respond to your emails. I cant get credit beacuse of incorrect information listed and I cannor get it cleared if they cannot assist. I've emailed them my id and proof oaddress and I have been waiting 2 months already for a credit report.
