Experian does nothing, no feedback

Today is exactly a month with no response or feedback of trying to remove a negative account on my credit profile. The account shouldn't even have been there to begin with. I logged a dispute on 14/02/2021. Ref no EPZ***. Even submitted required documents. No feedback from experain. It's impossible to reach them on the phone. When i check my report on "My credit expert" sometimes the account reflects (today it does) and other days it doesn't.

Can someone please resolve this. This is people's lives you are messing with.
