Experian does not care about the public

Good day All

Experian SA is A massive JOKE

I Have an Account on my name that has been paid up to date After it was handed. I Have been paying this account now for 3 Months but it stills shows Handed over on my credit Report

On the rest of the other Credit reports like Transunion it is updated. I have logged 3 Disputes with Experian so they can Update it on my report but they want A payed up letter from MTN.

MTN can not give a payed up letter due to the fact that the account is still active and not closed.

me and my wife is trying to buy an apartment but Experian is blocking it because they don't update the systems. This is really a major concern that they don't care about what they doing to people that is trying to build a future for themselves. I really hope someone from Experian reads this and Understand the complications that the are causing. I even tried to go to the building in Stellenbosch so speak to someone but the security did not want me to go in
