Experian Do not Update Credit Scores

They do not update their credit score, their sister Company Compuscan updates their system regularly. Even though they use different algorithms it does not make sense why Experian does not update, all other credit score companies have updated my score except for them. When I call them I get an unqualified person that does not understand my problem. I also emailed them and just get the auto reply.
