Experian -disgusting service

i have signed up for info at CREDIT EXPERT which is a division of Experian and that was 3 days ago Ive tried several times calling to no avail has they keep you on hold for hours.ive sent numerous emails with no response.This is most disappointing and a waste of money on airtime trying to reach people who make working from HOME their excuse for inefficiency.
