EXPERIAN DEBT REVIEW CLEARANCE

My debt review clearance was sent to Experian on the 04.03.2026 till today my name is not cleared in Experian. This credit bureau is one of the major credit bureaux is South Africa and looks like is on the mission of oppressing South Africans, 99/100 reviews are negative. Why is it so and this company does not care. It was very easy to put our names on the list now that we have paid our debts and dues, we have to struggle to get our names cleared. They don't answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. When you go onto their portal, there is no help for debt review clearing customers. You are told that your DC must send clearance certificate to their email that they never respond to. When you as a person who has paid for your name to be cleared wants to communicate with them, they shut you up by "we cannot help you, contact your DC". Experian please clear my name. I have paid my dues. This is not right.
