Experian ******* Dealing with MBD

I have logged a complaint with Experian regarding an MBD Debt that is not mine. They say I must talk to MBD and they cant be involved, its not in their jurisdiction. Transunion and XDS have removed the debt. MBD has listed a Debt against my name. They say I owe R16500 on the debt and they say I am supposed to be paying R16500 a week for that debt. They have been sending sms's regarding the debt addressed to Sphiwe, which isn't my name.
