Experian ******.

I have a serious issue with the way my credit status is being handled by Experian. I.ve been struggling to get these old paid up accounts closed but it seems like they are out to make my life difficult. These accounts are from 2020 and has been paid up in 2020. Experian decided to keep them open and since I've been making inquiries about these wrongfully opened accounts, they decided to indicate on my credit report that these accounts are now in arrears because I've inquired and kept on pestering them to close these accounts. Now I'm being punished. It seems like Experian might be in cahoots with these loan sharks in order to keep you in debt with them because no one else would consider giving you credit. I need to know if there might be an ombudsman I can complain to because these people are out to destroy me. I would suggest each and every South African check there credit records with these people because they are ******.
