Experian credit: unprofessional and irresponsible

Hi I am so disappointed at how Experian is killing our poor community for not updating our credit profiles on time if you call their line they don't answer . I paid up my credit card for more than 6 months is still showing on my profile wich makes it difficult to apply for new credit this is so frustrating what about those who can not send emails and follow ups : Experian need to sort their house .i am in a process of applying for home loan my credit provider is flagging my credit profile on Experian tried calling again there is no answer I think this is done intentionally to mess the life's of poor South Africans this issue need to be adressed urgently
