Experian Credit Score
Good morning. I check my credit report everyday. This morning something shocking happened. I noticed my credit score dropped 32 points on mycreditexpert for no apparent reason. No new accounts added, my utilization still well below 30%. My score is good on all other 3 platforms. Transunion, compuscan and xds. Please explain the sudden drop because your call center cant assist me.

22 Jun 2020, 14:58Ok still no joy. Someone just rep**** with a bunch of facts that was just copied and pasted. Which still does not explain how my score could have decreased by 32 from Sunday to Monday with no apparent changes to my account history length or utilization. And from the other reviews on hellopeter which clearly shows that this is the worst and most *********** of the 4 credit agencies. Please sort this out or i will take it to the ombudsman.
