Experian credit report fault
Nimble account prescribed October 2019. Last year October2024 it was removed from Experian and XDS,VCCB, TRANSUNION.End of November 2024 Experian relisted NIMBLE account which amounts to *****.i went from a GOOD credit rating to a POOR rating because of them .I have phoned them numerous times only to be on for 30 minutes at a time listening to the voice prompts on their side . eventually I emailed them .still no response from them .the NCA Act is 3 years from prescribed but Experian does not follow the rule of NCA Act.

22 Jan 2025, 15:04Account was prescribed October 2019.If you did your work as you supposed to it should have been off october2022 automatically by you?.then 3 years after closing it should it not be removed?.I had to email you last year to remove it..only then did you close it once I emailed you to remove it.now it stays on your system for another 3 years as closed but still affects my rating.by other credit bureaus I climb but by you I go -12 then +1 .I went in DECEMBER 2024 with a good credit rating to a fair because only your company gave me a negative listing of -12.why I don't understand .All the other credit bureaus never gave a negative but increased .now because you didn't remove itin October 2022 it has destroyed my credit rating.
