Experian - Credit Record still not updated
It's been almost 3 months since my Personal Loan Account was closed. It has also been far more than 2 months since e-mailing them my paid up letter, it's been far more than 20 days since my dispute has been logged. Calling just doesn't help, nobody answers, e-mailing is also just pointless, nothing happens, nothing ???
Can a consultant from Experian help me please, someone ? Anyone ? I just need my record updated please

You are still not helping me though. *** sent me an automated response asking me to resubmit and entire enquiry with you just after i received your reply.
That's unacceptable sorry, i have done that numerous times(submitted online in my profile and via email) and im sorry im not doing it again as when i do that nothing happens.
You said a consultant would contact me, nobody contacted me ? Only an email.
Please i just want to be helped, i just want my record updated please.
Can a consultant kindly contact me directly please ?
