Experian Credit Bureau PATHETIC in the extreme
Credit rating for our business shows one of the directors has a judgement against his name, which he is unaware of and no other credit bureau show this judgement. Tried contacting Experian (who shows the judgement in a report), telephonically and via email and NO reply/response is ever received to try and resolve the matter. How on earth do we get hold of anyone at this completely useless company to obtain information and assistance. Experian is pathetic on the extreme

Why is it so hard to get someone at Experian to pick up the phone and call or to reply to a very simple request. Experian is hindering and hampering our credit worthiness and is totally unacceptable.
