EXPERIAN CREDIT BUREAU NEVER AVAILABLE FOR QUERIES

Experian credit bureau never answers their calls yet they would provide us with their conatct numbers but when we call theres never an answer. Again when we send queries via email still it takes them alomst a month just to acknowledge an email without even resolvi the matter. I had a dispute with them over two month ago and it was resolved howeevr it still appears under my recore and when i try to query that no anser and no response on email . ITS VERY BAD
