Experian credit Bereau incompetency

Is there an Ombud for credit Bereaus because many of us are struggling to get help from Experian. How can removing information from a credit report take 3 months? My accounts have prescribed, it took a week for TransUnion to remove the information! What is wrong with Experian? This is unacceptable!
