EXPERIAN - Compuscan-Clear scoreUN UPDATED PROFILE

I have a serious issue with all credit buraus in SA Experian, Clear score, Compuscan i have been working hard on boosting my credit profile and paying OFF all my debts but to my surprise nothing was updated, accounts that i closed over 2 years are still showing as owing but i fully paid them up, when i try calling Experian/Clear score etc contact center no answer you hold for more than an 1hr with no help, emails sent in January 2021 still not resolved. Please can i get help ASAP. my score is worse like i am not trying at all please update my profile
