Experian / Clerarscore = uselessness.
What is the use of these guys? I have raised disputes with clearscore - they pass the buck to Experian - then the case is resolved in my favor - and still the item (Discovery) reflects on my profile - which should have been removed - A LONG TIME AGO! So what actually is these guys job?

21 Jun 2023, 14:48Good day. The account was updated as per the dispute. The credit provider has supp**** the bureau with a new file submission which includes financial information on the 30/04/2023 which has re-opened your account. Kindly contact the credit provider to resolve the matter.
