Experian can't help with anything and its impossible to get hold of them in any medium of communication hence we come to hello peter

I have disputed two enquiries that were made by Capitec bank twice in May on the 2nd and 3rd of May 2025,until today,those enquiries are still on my credit report and for some reason,those enquiries clearly do make a difference in my credit score as Capitec is a credit provider,I never app**** for any credit,I app**** for a savings account and those have been sitting on disputes with Experian for more than 30days with no action to remove them,please do your job
