Experian Call Centre not answering calls. Does it still exist in SA?

I have logged a dispute to remove my judgement on 23 July 2025 through their website and I have not received any feedback via email or call. I tried to call their call centre to follow up, but no one is answering. I logged another dispute on 29 after calling them, but no one answered, and I tried to call them again, but still no one is answering. Does Experian still exist in South Africa?
