Experian Breaking Credit Act Laws

An account from November 2017 has prescribed and after many emails to Experian (providing them with all the correct information and evidence) asking them to completely remove this from my credit history - which is my full right according to the Credit Ombudsman - they still refuse to do so. The other credit bureau has removed it but Experian only replies with the same email over and over saying they will eventually send a dispute number. Dear Experian if you are actually getting this - Please note that you are breaking a Credit law by not removing the two prescribed listings which is for the same Capfin account from my history. So you like to keep prescribed debt on peoples credit history even though it is not allowed to even be on there. It is your responsibility to remove it after three years - It has been 4 years and 7 months and you refuse to remove it. I wonder how many people know that you are not removing prescribed debt from their Experian accounts? And the fact that according to the Credit Ombudsman you must remove that immediately after 3 years as it has prescribed. I pity the people that has their credit records with you or those who try and contact you via email or on your useless forever unanswered telephone numbers. And please don not send me another email stating that you are "going to send me a dispute number".

Experian's "private" reply:
"Good day. Please note that the matter has been logged and is under investigations. Reference numbers ELR*** & CD251506. Regards, Customer Relations Centre"
My reply:

Dear Experian.

There is nothing to investigate. It is my right according to the credit law act and the Ombudsman that the prescribed listing be completely removed from my credit report. It is also your duty to inform all the people you have on your records who have prescribed debt that you as a credit bureau have to according to credit law, remove it completely from their records after 3 years. If you wont tell them, I will do so for you on Social Media. The account you are talking about is 4 years and 7 months old. Why have you kept it on your system *******ly for 1 year and 7 months fully knowing you are breaking the law. And how many other people's prescribed history are you holding against them on their records, ensuring they are not allowed to start over and try and rectify their financial situations?. You are not above the Law, what you are doing is immoral.

Seeing you do not understand rules as a credit bureau: Here is the actual written law -
"Once a debt is prescribed, it must be written off by the credit provider and removed from your credit report." Did you get that last part...? "REMOVED FROM YOUR CREDIT REPORT" Capfin and DMC have already written off the account and the balance is zero. So remove the prescribed debt in total so that it is not on my history at all. If you are tardy and do not get what I am saying, contact the Credit Ombudsman immediately on *** and ask him to explain it to you.

If you do not remove this from my account by this coming Monday the 22nd of June I will be informing the whole of South Africa on every available social media platform - that the credit bureau Experian deals in an ******** manner and refuses to remove prescribed debt from the credit history of consumers, even though it is a written and established law as confirmed by the rule above and the Ombudsman himself. This is not a threat but a promise. Stop replying in private. The whole of South Africa wants to see what you have to say. If not I will just copy and paste your reply as I have done. You have until Monday to remove it.

Kindest Regards.
