I called in on the 13th of May spoke to a Consultant with Initials LM (not sure why surname is not provided on signature) any way, the lady assisted me with professionalism and built good Rapport during the call. She was working remotely and I know how Faustrating that can be, must she kept me informed on everything she was doing on the system, which was good customer service. Our reference ELM**********01.

She also sent her team leader an email to remove previous dispute with reference EZK**********06 on my profile, I would like to receive communication if this has been done please, Because the dispute worked in my favor.
