Experian Bereau worst consumer experience

If I ever came across the worst credit bereau its Experian,you will log a dispute and 10 days later no response.

You will call and wait 2 hours with no answer.

Bereaus are about protecting consumer and assisting them to build a good credit profile but instead they worsen your scoring and ensure that you fall to the gutter.

Consumer that have judgments and are blaclisted have better scoring than a consumer that is working hard to improve score.

This is pathetic service and I personally feel credit bereau need to work with consumers than working against them.
