Experian assigning credit record incorrectly

I have logged a dispute with Experian in March 2020 regarding a company called CT International, I got luckily that after their investigation the company didn't have any records that link me to that Company. My record then rectified, In May again the same credit history appeared in my credit report. I have tried calling, logging queries, emails and no response. I want to buy a big purchase but with a credit record like that I will not be able to negotiate a good rate because Experian has incorrectly assigned someone credit history into mine. The problem is totally with Experian because they use the Account number instead of identity details like ID number, Names, contact details. When I did my own investigation to find out why the record could be assigned to me and the balance of the debt is reducing meaning the owner of the Account is paying it even if they skip some months, I realized that my Short term insurance policy number has the exact same numbers as the CT international company Account number. I have realized that Experian is just assigning records to people using account numbers instead of Identity details. Two companies can use the same account number as their reference and that does not mean they belong to the same person.
