Experian - Appalling and Unresponsive service

I lodged a dispute with Experian over a month ago to remove a judgment on my profile for a debt that has been paid up. To date, the judgement has not been removed even though by law it should be removed within 20 working days. Transunion removed the same within 7 working days. Experian does not respond to 5 different email addresses sent to them. Their telephones go unanswered. This credit bureau is a ****!
