EXPERIAN AND LETSATSI NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!

I don't know how else to deal with this matter as i have been in contact with Letsatsi Finance for almost a year now but nothing has been done to remove their account on my Credit score profile. I noticed this month that a new account called Clerfin Holdings with the exact same amount as Letsatsi was added to my profile . I have been following up regarding this as i did not take any loan from any Clerfin Holdings however nothing has been done to this date, i was just told they still investigating (Letsatsi) . A month ago i reached out to EXPERIAN but no has reached out. Can someone please take action because i do have a paid up letter i just don't understand why this account still appears on my credit report after a year of following up.
