Experian and compuscan are the worst.
I sent documents for a paid up account more than 30 days ago. Still no response. The other day I called in at exactly 8am and they were already experiencing high call volumes. This credit bureau is the worst. I'm comparison to TransUnion, you never hold for more than 3 minutes on their line
