Experian accepting *****ulent information from creditor
I have an issue where I logged a dispute regarding an FNB Credit Card account that had prescribed. The creditor provided a statement to the credit bureau showing a payment that was made to the same account I had disputed with a more recent date. I then requested that the creditor should provide proof that I had personally made the payment to the account. I required this evidence to prove that the creditor did not make they payment themselves in order to offset the prescription. Experian decided to close the matter without accurate evident and are refusing to reopen the matter, despite me providing evidence on my side of when last I made the payment which was more than 36 months ago.
Again I am requesting evidence that I last paid for this account on the date provided by the creditor. The evident should clearly show that I made the payment. If the evident cannot be provided, then this account should be removed from my credit report as per Prescription regulations.
