Experian

I'm actually writing to get assistance with Exparian Credit bureau. I have written to them many a times and sent paid up letters for accounts which were supposed to be closed in 2020 already. I explained to them that I'm required to be on standby frequently and as a result I need a reliable vehicle. They keep old accounts from credit providers open. Someone once told me that Experian and some of these credit providers are in cahoots in order to affect your affordability with major credit providers, thus you will be forced to go back to the "loan sharks". This is what is happening to me and no matter how hard I try to get them to close these accounts, they refuse point blank. I don't know what to do anymore because these accounts still reflect as "open/current" on my credit record and they refuse to clear them even though I've sent the paid up letters through several times.

I'm hoping someone would read this and advice on a way forward.

I've exhausted all avenues but still they are refusing to close and remove these accounts from my credit record.
