Hi.ive sent 5 emails to experian disputing an account that prescribed in September 2021.Theres no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from the bureau that they have received the emails.Tried calling several times , No one answers the phone.This bereau should be banned in south africa.its useless.

10 Nov 2021, 07:42So lying is in Experians DNA.You promised to call me 6 days ago.i wish all credit bereaus were like Transunion.Maybe we shud start petition for this company to stop operating in south Africa.Calling them its a struggle.Removing prescribed accounts take years.updating payments is a nightmare.Disputing enquiries takes foreber.
