To my surprise I learnt on Friday, 2 November 2018 that I am listed on your credit report for 3 accounts. I contacted the relevant parties to find out what is going on as I do not even have account with them, only to hear from them that I do not have accounts with them.

Why would you list me on your credit report as such then?

Many attempts to try and contact you on Friday and the same today, with no luck. Your call centre number just rings. I have so many mixed feelings – my name is now *****ed because you put me on your report as ‘n bad payer even though I do not even have such accounts.

It is now costing me time, money and a lot of frustration to get this resolved.

What does PM mean? How can I contact them if their numbers just rings. Tried for a solid 2 days.
