exerian not helping to correct debt review error

i am guessing this will be the only qay i can get feed back. I spent over 1.5 hours on hold last month to log a dispute and sent many many emails and tried calling this month for feed back on my dispute. I don't get email responses and i am slowly goving up on the telephone lines. I exited debt review in 2016. Last year we realised there was a problem with my wife's rating and got a corrected clearance certificate. This year in marxh i realisties i was still flagged for debt review by experian. We sent a copy of certificate. In may it still showed debt review. I eventually got a dispute registered and end of may another clearance certificate was sent. I am still flagged as under debt review. What must i do to get some assistance from experian? My dispute reference number is ELM***
