Every person and email have other facts and no one to actually assist in sorting out my affairs.

Good day,

I am really confused regarding this account. Could somebody please just try to explain what is going on?

1. First I was told that you received the request from Teljoy and will update my account within 7days.

2. Then I received an email saying the dispute is not valid. After phoning the call center I was told that this email was incorrect and I should ignore it - my account WILL be updated in 7days

3. After the 7days I phoned the call centre and spoke to T from your call centre. Consultant T stated that the person from Teljoy who sent the updated information is not authorised eventhough it was confirmed on two occasions that the account WILL be updated. I wasted 7days of my time just to get told that the person was not authorised.

4. I then received an email to say my Teljoy account has been updated from a Consultant G - call centre consultant on Friday 12 October.

5. Now I get an email that it takes up to 60days for the records to be updated where I was told on numerous occasions that it will take 7days. According to the most recent email it will take up to 60days and I will have to wait. Eventhough I received an email indicating the account is up to date as per point 4 above.

I have spoken to many consultants and have received numerous emails - all with different facts.

I cannot keep on doing credit checks to see if this was updated as it affect my credit score negatively. It just seems like every consultant has a different story but none of which is able to assist me. It just keeps going forward and backwards. First I get assured that the Teljoy email is valid and will be updated, then I get an email that the dispute is invalid, then get told it is valid, then the Teljoy consultant is not authorised, then it is updated and then I have to wait 60days. It just seems like everybody have their own story but the issue does not get sorted out. I have wasted almost 10 phone calls and also the same amount of emails and got nowhere. It would be so great if someone can assist with the actual state of affairs and help me get this sorted out.
