Every company should have a Gift Macibela

After spending hours on the line to get through to the Customer Relations Centre, what an absolute blessing it was that Gift Macibela picked up.

This guy is an absolute awesome (still an understatement) employee. From explaining to me how the process works, to what possibly could've gone wrong but also assuring me that he'll do his utmost to get the matter resolved as soon as possible.

Although the matter is yet to be resolved, it was so refreshing speaking to someone that knew their job inside out and still provided me with additional "behind the scenes" information on the journey I'm about to embark on.
