Erroneously Flagged for Debt Review

Erroneously Flagged for Debt Review I was erroneously flagged for Debt Review by a Company called De Novo, I wanted to go under Debt Review in 2013, however when I got to understand more about the process I didn't continue & asked Francois de Roubaix to stop the process, I never paid them any money so I assumed that the matter was settled & only discovered last year that it was not the case. I send an email to Transunion & still haven't received any feedback from them on how to go about removing the Debt Review Flag against my name.

Can you please advise how I should so about getting asstance becuase the National ITC Clearance wants to charge me R4000 to clear my name & I really cannot afford it.
