Eperian misleads their clients.

This company is making sure it's business is to inconvenience consumers and provide its clients with wrong and outdated information. I found out last year that 3 accounts that were fully paid and closed still reflects as open accounts. When I call them the person who answered the phone told me that she can't access my new report I needed to buy a new report. What surprises me is that even today these accounts reflects as live accounts and are taken into account when my affordability is checked. No update is made on these accounts, Eperian continues to mislead their clients with outdated information. All my accounts are in good standing, except for these 3 accounts that I've settled long time ago but reflects as open accounts.
