Easy to List, very reluctant to remove

Good Day. Firstly one cannot get hold of anyone at your call centres or offices, and even the emails go unanswered. Only when raising a dispute through clearscore, then one gets a reply. I was wrongfully listed for a judgment in 2018. I unfortunately only in 2022 decided to sort it out, only to find out the actual judgement was not for me. The court passed judgement, and my ID no was used, but its clear as daylight that it was not me. I have sent the actual court file to Experian and still they request me to get a court order, for what. Very easy to list someone without verification, but so hard to remove without.
