Dream destroyers with incompetant people.......

" We are proud of our data and how it helps businesses" you need to add to this, " And destroying consumers dreams " Now there are a few credit buraus in South Africa but when it comes to you guys, you guys take first prize for the most horrible service.. but i understand, you are not here for the consumers, only for businesses.... Across all other credit baruas my credit score is good to excellent but with you guys its poor, in the red, yet all the data are the same, i never missed payments, i use less than 50% of my available credit, no adverse information what so ever... but still in the red....and with the exact same info on all the other buraus my credit score is top notch...you probably wont reply to this but it makes feel just a little better to raise my opinion of how horrible you guys are...i know nothing will come of this as this is equal to a mouse trying to fight a bull, consumers are powerless against companies like you....im struggling to get a home loan just because you guys never updated my clearance which was sent to you 4 months ago...so basically my dream of owning my own home was destroyed just because someone at experian is incompatant at doing their job properly...yes, its hard to believe how a simple task, like updating information, can lead to something like this, taking away all dreams and excitment in a moment. So this is what we can do, nothing.....
