Down with EXPERIAN

I have a case at Brits Court that is currently ongoing. The matter has not been resolved, and it is still pending before the court. Experian officials went to the court and somehow picked up my file and I am wondering who else s files have been picked up this way without checking if it is before the courts or not. I have been blacklisted without a valid reason. This has been ongoing for the past year and a half. I have been trying to resolve it amicably, but I thought I should raise it here as perhaps maybe I am ot the only one. Because of the listing, I have not been able to get credit, my kids where kicked out of school because of this negligence. I am always sent a reference number, and it does not lead to anywhere. I am always promised a solution within 20 days. I dont know how many 20 days I have counted.

This needs to be raised with the office of the chief justice as he/she is responsible for the courts. And it should be also checked with the relevant ombudsman. This cannot be happening in this and age. Again, I wonder how many people are blacklisted whilst their matters are before the courts.
