DONT UPDATE CREDIT STATUS'...NO CALL BACKS...

My credit status has not been updated by this company since August 2019. I have been requesting for it to be corrected, logged calls since last week Thursday, 04 June 2020. I have sent numerous request for a team leader or senior person to call me back, but nobody ever does. Just to request again today for a call back from Arno Beukes, and then i find out he left work already, how wonderful is that. I have a reference number dataops-12956, logged by Emile, which actually means absolutely nothing to me if i cant follow up on it. Yes your turn around time is 7days but i have things hanging in the air because your work was not done since last year already.

Cant see how this can be a credit bureau with such pathetic customer service.
