Does Experian SA have any employees working there?

I have submitted a dispute to Experian in August already. To date, they have not sorted out my credit profile. I sent a follow up email and they responded in November advising that they cannot trace my documents and to resubmit..I have resubmitted and to date they have not responded. I have tried contacting Experian on multiple occasions but no one picks up the phone ever. Does anyone even work at Experian because it really doesn't seem like they do.
