Does Experian have a competitor? Please advise

Why is there an Experian company?? What is their duties ??? Do they even have what you call SLA??? The company needs to hire you can NEVER WAIT FOR RESPONSE OVER TWO MONTHS NOW CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHOEVER HAS AN IDEA!
