Dodgey websites

I went looking for a credit report, I then was given an option to select from two locations to obtain it. The websites ask for personal details ID, email, phone and then nothing. Eventually after reloading many times it told me my phone number was already in the system, good.... Send me OTP. Eventually received one, then nowhere to insert it. If you are going to ask for personal details then at least have a website that works and is not constructed by first week students! I don't know now is my details have been compromised....
